VTILTED Shipping Policy


At VTILTED, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and high-volume release periods.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note that processing times may increase during product launches, sales, restocks, or holiday seasons.

  1. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly stated on our website when available.

  1. Estimated Delivery Times

United States Orders:
Estimated delivery is typically 3–5 business days after processing.

International Orders:
Estimated delivery is typically 7–21 business days depending on destination country, customs processing, and local carrier services.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  1. International Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, VAT charges, or additional duties required by their country.

VTILTED is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

  1. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

  1. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

VTILTED is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or investigation.

  1. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

VTILTED is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

  1. Returned Packages

Packages returned to VTILTED due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or incorrect address information may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

  1. Shipping Delays

VTILTED is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
