At Vtilted, every piece is designed with precision and care. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • To begin a return, please email vtiltedapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a return address.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection and approval.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
For size or color changes, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact vtiltedapparel@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so our team can resolve it quickly.
